Who is responsible

This policy covers homeclimatejournals.info. The publication and this site are operated by Paul Halden, who is responsible for the processing described here. Contact: editor@homeclimatejournals.info.

• The site sets no cookies and uses no browser storage.
• There are no accounts, forms, comments or tracking scripts.
• Fonts and images are served from this site, not from third parties.
• Our hosting provider processes technical request data to deliver and protect the site.
• The site shows no advertising. If that ever changes, this policy changes first.

What is processed when you visit

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes the technical details of each request: IP address, browser user agent, the address requested, the referring page and the time. We see this only as aggregated statistics — request counts, countries, response codes — and do not use it to identify anyone.

Cookies and storage

The site sets no cookies and writes nothing to your browser's storage. We have checked the responses and the code for both.

Advertising

The site shows no advertising and works with no advertising network. If that changes, this policy will be updated before any advertising appears, naming the provider and the cookies it uses, and readers in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland will be asked for consent before any advertising cookie is set.

If you write to us

Mail sent to our address is received by Cloudflare's email routing and forwarded to a mailbox hosted by Google. We keep the correspondence there for as long as needed to deal with it, and delete it on request. We do not add correspondents to any list.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under the GDPR, the UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act — you may have the right to ask what personal data is held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing. Because the site keeps no personal data of its own, most requests concern our hosting provider, and we will point you to the right place. Write to editor@homeclimatejournals.info. We do not sell personal information.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 16 and does not knowingly process their data.

When the site changes, this policy changes with it — before, where the change affects your data — and the date below moves.
